At HereComesBitcoin store, we specialize in a unique print-on-demand service, resulting in products that are exclusively crafted and uniquely produced only once ordered upon order. Consequently, exchanges and returns are not supported in instances where incorrect sizes, colors, or change of mind are involved.

Damaged or Faulty Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a defect or manufacturing error, we are committed to providing a complimentary reprint or a refund. Please contact us within 21 days of receiving your merch, and ensure you include clear photographs and videos demonstrating the issue.

For concerns involving several products with the same bitcoin design, additional images or videos showcasing all items in one frame will be necessary to confirm the defects.

Non-Returnable Circumstances

Please be aware that we cannot be held accountable for any merch ordered in incorrect sizes or colors. In such cases, reprints or refunds will not be provided. Should a delivery fail, customers may request a reprint for an additional fee or receive a partial refund.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Kindly note that a tolerance of 0.5″ (1.27cm) for print placement is allowed across all our products. As a result, minor variations in print placement do not constitute a defect.
